Congratulations to Isaac Chapman of the Powhatan YMCA for setting a new record in the 9-10 Boys 50 Meter Butterfly.  Isaac's time of 34.04 surpasses the 29-year-old record of 34.14 set by Bennett Sooy of Granite in 1997.
