5:30 PM: The pool deck is open for teams to decorate their areas.
- Only blue painter's tape for adhering items to the wall.
- No lighter-than-air balloons are allowed on the pool deck (so no helium).
- Please complete the decorations by 8:00 PM.
Session 1: 12 & Under Champs
7:00 AM: Facility opens for all parents and swimmers
7:15 AM: Volunteer Check-in opens
7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Session warm-ups
- Warm-up 1: 7:30 to 7:50
- Warm-up 2: 7:50 to 8:10
- Warm-up 3: 8:10 to 8:30
8:05 AM: Officials' Briefing @ Hospitality Room
8:10 AM: Clerk of Course, Hospitality, and Marshals report to their stations
8:20 AM: 1st Half Timers Briefing
8:40 AM - 1:30 PM: 12 and Under Events
- There will be a break after the medley relay, a break between the 1st and 2nd halves for the coaches' 200yd Freestyle Relay and the presentation of trophies for the divisional winners, and a break before the free relays to award the 1st session spirit award.

2:15 PM: Volunteer Check-in opens
2:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Session warm-ups
- Warm-up 1: 2:30 to 2:50
- Warm-up 2: 2:50 to 3:10
- Warm-up 3: 3:10 to 3:30
3:05 PM: Officials' Briefing @ Hospitality Room
3:40 PM - 7 PM: 13-18 Events
- There will be a 5 min break after the medley relay to recognize half of the graduating seniors, a 15 min break between the 1st and 2nd halves for the coaches' 200yd Medley Relay to recognize the second half of RMAL's graduating seniors, and a 5 min break before the free relay to award the James Springer Scholarships and second half spirit award.
7:10 PM: Presentation of the Champs divisional winners and end of the RMAL 2026 swim season.

Reminders
- Only swimmers and adults with name tags are allowed on the pool deck.
- No swimmers on the bulkheads unless their heat is up next.
- Concerns that arise during the meet should come through the parent representative.
- Heat sheets will be available via Meet Mobile
- Results will be posted in the main hallway as events are closed out.
